We accept payments either by credit card  (VISA, Mastercard, JCB) or by bank transfer of which will be manually approved within 24 hours.

We package every of the item in a measured and protected wooden box. Small quantity shipping by JNE and bigger quantity by overland couriers.

Product exchanges or refund are only allowed for items that are fault or different from what you have purchased and must be reported via email within 5 days

Any damage/breakage that occur during shipping must be reported within 5 days. Please be advised that you'll be asked to attach your invoice code & pictures of the damaged goods
