This is where you can find our latest items that just came out of the kiln. We usually have at least 1 firing in a week and thus we will update the "Off The Kiln" collection on a weekly basis.

Delivery

We package every of the item in a measured and protected wooden box. Small quantity shipping by JNE and bigger quantity by overland couriers.

Return & Refund

Product exchanges or refund are only allowed for items that are fault or different from what you have purchased and must be reported via email within 5 days

Breakage

Any damage/breakage that occur during shipping must be reported within 5 days. Please be advised that you'll be asked to attach your invoice code & pictures of the damaged goods
